The Tungsten Carbide Nozzle will be used mainly to PDC drill bits and cone roller bits for flushing, cooling and lubricating drill bit tips and cleaning stone chips in the well bottom with drilling liquid in the working conditions of high pressure,vibration,sand and slurry impacting during oil and natural gas prospecting.
Design features:
Fan nozzle can provide high impact liquid column or fan spray. The injection angle ranges from 0 to 110 degrees. The sprinkler produces uniform spray distribution and droplet thickness is small to medium. When multiple nozzles are required to overlap, a specially designed conical edge distributes the spray coverage area evenly.
All nozzles are precision machined to provide accurate flow and injection angle. The nozzle hole has grooves to prevent damage. The design features also include non-blocking flow to reduce congestion. Nozzles have traditional advantages, such as interchangeable nozzles, filters and other components.

The atomizing nozzle is a device which can spray liquid and suspend it in air evenly. Its working principle is to squeeze the internal liquid into the nozzle through the internal pressure.
